By using the Hidden Monkey Stays website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking a stay with Hidden Monkey Experiences (operating as Hidden Monkey Stays), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking, Age & Payments
All bookings require 100% online payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking through our secure checkout. There is zero lock-in: free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in with a 100% refund. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in; unaccompanied minors are strictly prohibited in shared dormitories. All Indian guests must provide a valid government photo ID with address proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID — PAN cards are strictly not accepted). International guests must present an original valid Passport, Visa, and complete mandatory Form C registration.
3. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct
Guests must respect fellow travelers, staff, and the property. Any damage to property will be charged to the guest. In compliance with the NDPS Act, narcotics, illegal substances, harassment, or major disturbances will result in immediate eviction without refund and notification of local authorities.
4. House Rules
Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure restful sleep for all guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and dormitories. Non-staying visitors must register at the front desk and are not permitted in guest rooms after 9 PM. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
5. Liability
Hidden Monkey Experiences is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Secure lockers are provided in all dormitories — please bring your own padlock or purchase one at the reception desk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including photography, branding, text, logos, and digital assets — is the intellectual property of Hidden Monkey Experiences and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website connects to third-party booking engines (Stayflexi) and payment gateways. Transaction processing is governed by their respective terms and data security standards.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
